Let customers speak for us
Explore 2 Fill In The Verb - Meals & Dining Culture review games designed by a teacher to engage students and reinforce curriculum. Turn French review into a game and give students a reason to get excited about showing what they know.
- TRASHKETBALL™ gets teams racing to answer correctly, then rewards them with shots at the trash can to score points.
- Turn review into an unpredictable whole-class competition with The BIG TERRIBLE Game, where every answer can send a team’s score in the right or wrong direction.
Turning review into a game is one of my favorite ways to get students participating without making practice feel like more work. Students get focused, talk through answers with their teammates, and suddenly everyone wants to be the one who gets the next question right. Once students know another game is coming, winning becomes a reason to pay attention, practice, and make sure they’re ready for the next one.
And it isn’t just something I’ve seen in my own classroom—research has found significant learning benefits from using educational games with students. See the research.
