Refund Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Cindy's Classroom Games sells digital educational products. Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, our refund policy differs from that typically applied to physical goods.
Digital Products
All products sold by Cindy's Classroom Games are digital products unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or made available for download, purchases of digital products are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or as described below.
Product Format and Compatibility
Our products may be provided in different formats, including, but not limited to:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Google Slides
- Google Forms
- Other digital file or online formats identified on the product page
It is the customer's responsibility to review the product description and ensure that the product type, file format, software requirements, and other compatibility requirements are suitable for their intended use before purchasing.
For example, if a product is identified as a Microsoft PowerPoint product, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate software or services capable of using that product.
Similarly, products designed for Google Slides, Google Forms, PDF, or another specified platform or format require the customer to have appropriate access, software, accounts, devices, or other capabilities necessary to use that format.
We generally do not provide refunds because a customer does not have the required software, account, application, device, technical capability, or compatible system necessary to use a product when the applicable format or requirement was identified on the product page before purchase.
When We May Provide a Refund
Although digital purchases are generally final, we understand that genuine problems can occur.
We may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a refund or other appropriate resolution in circumstances such as:
- You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You received or were given access to a different product from the one you purchased.
- A purchased file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- There is a significant error in the product that prevents it from being used substantially as described.
- Another circumstance exists where we determine that a refund is appropriate.
Where a technical problem can reasonably be corrected by providing assistance, a replacement file, corrected content, or another appropriate solution, we may attempt to resolve the problem before issuing a refund.
Change of Mind
We generally do not provide refunds for a change of mind after purchasing a digital product.
This includes situations where a customer purchases a product and subsequently decides that they no longer need or want it, provided that the product was supplied substantially as described.
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to clearly identify the nature, content, format, and intended use of our products on their product pages.
Customers should review the product description and any listed requirements carefully before completing a purchase.
If you are uncertain whether a product or format is suitable for you, please use the Ask a Question option on the relevant product page before purchasing.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe that your purchase qualifies for a refund, please submit your request through the Contact form on our website.
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the purchase and understand the reason for your request, including your order number where available.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
We will review refund requests based on the circumstances of the purchase, this Refund Policy, and any rights available to the customer under applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund has been issued may depend on the applicable bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Abuse of Refunds
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or intended to obtain or retain digital products without payment.
Repeated or abusive refund activity may also result in restrictions on future purchases or account access where appropriate.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer right, remedy, warranty, guarantee, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where applicable law provides you with rights that conflict with this policy, those legal rights will apply.
